Shipping Policy

At Au Alchemist, we carefully package every order to ensure your gold, paydirt, and other treasures arrive safely and securely.

Gold Paydirt Shipping

Our gold paydirt is shipped using USPS Flat Rate packaging whenever applicable. Flat Rate packaging allows us to safely ship heavier paydirt orders without shipping costs being based solely on package weight.

Multiple bags of paydirt may be combined into the same Flat Rate package whenever possible.

Gold Nugget Shipping

Natural gold nuggets and gold specimens are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping service is selected or required.

Gold nuggets are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Multiple items purchased in the same order may be combined into one shipment when appropriate.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, live shows, special events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address or phone number associated with your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed by Au Alchemist. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, transit times and delays are outside of our direct control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Au Alchemist is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and USPS to determine the appropriate next steps.

Please retain all packaging, shipping labels, and the contents of the package if an order arrives damaged, as photographs or other documentation may be required for a shipping claim.

High-Value Gold Orders

For higher-value gold nugget, gold specimen, bullion, or precious-metal orders, Au Alchemist may use additional shipping protection, insurance, signature confirmation, or an upgraded USPS service when appropriate.

Combined Orders

Whenever possible, we may combine multiple items from the same customer into one shipment to reduce unnecessary packaging and shipping costs.
