Refund policy

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. Give us the opportunity to see how we can help before leaving any harmful feedback or reviews. 

• Return policy applies to unopened & unaltered items only.  If the package has been opened or tampered with, we are not responsible for returns, or giving a refund. All returned items will be fully inspected.

 We are not responsible for user error

• As with any user result oriented item, we can never guarantee that you will report finding a specific amount, size or value of Rock, Minerals or Gold inside. We are not responsible for user error. All reported results depend on user skill and/or equipment and may vary because of this.

• Anything that you see in the item photos other than Alchemy Pay dirt is not included. Other items not included such as stand-alone gold or crystals examples in the photos will not be the actual items, size, or quantities received. Photos are used for example demonstration. 

• Since Pay dirt comes from outdoor deposits, they may contain organic & man-made materials such as but not limited to leaves, roots, lead shot, river glass, screws & nails, brass, copper, lead, steel, iron metals & metal shavings, road paint, painted metal, bolts, rusty metal, rusty screws & sometimes even critters like bugs. We are not responsible for any allergies or reactions from the Pay dirt.

• Keep in mind Paydirt comes from creeks and rivers, we do our best to dry our Pay dirt but sometimes you may receive damp or wet pay dirt
